Bath Guitar School specialises in guitar tuition offering private one-to-one tuition in either acoustic or electric guitar. Each taught session is tailored to suit each student's individual taste and ability.
The guitar school offers tuition at all levels, from complete beginner through to advanced, in all styles of guitar. Students can choose, if they wish, to study the accredited Rockschool syllabus and achieve certification of their playing.

Head of Guitar
Richard Perkins is one of Bath's most popular guitar teachers, with 9 years guitar teaching experience there is a wealth of knowledge to be passed on to any guitarist young or old. Richard graduated from Bath Spa University with a degree in Commercial Music and received a Higher Diploma in Popular Music at Oxford College. Richard is also a guitar faculty member for the International Guitar Foundation [IGF] where he teaches the annual Acoustic Apprentice and Monsters of Rock courses. Richard examines for Rockschool, the UK's only dedicated Rock and Pop exam board and has taught in schools for BANES Music Service. |
