Tim Graham is a fantastic guitar teacher and has many years of experience teaching both children and adults. Tim is versed in all styles of guitar with a leaning towards acoustic, fingerstyle and folk music. You can often find him performing across venues in Bath.

Biography

Tim is a passionate guitarist with over a decade of experience playing both acoustic and electric guitars. His style and development draws on a wide and varied background in music and, along with a degree in Education Studies from Bath Spa University, he mixes knowledge of music and teaching to provide an enjoyable atmosphere that allows the pupil to feel at ease whilst learning to the best of their abilities.

As well as being in demand as a solo folk and acoustic guitarist playing with "Shades of Bert Jansch and Martin Simpson" (Glastonbury Folk Club), Tim has performed and toured with Rachel Hall (Stackridge, Anthony John Clarke) producing an E.P described as "overflow(ing) with power, poise and presence... I haven't heard a better live album in a long time" (www.folkwords.com) and has performed at the Montreux Jazz festival, Edinburgh Fringe and Portsmouth's International Festival of the Sea.

Tim also works in early years education as the music coordinator at Free Rangers Nursery (www.freerangers.org.uk) as well as the national folk educator's group helping to promote roots music with young people.
