What to bring

Band members will need to bring the following equipment to rehearsals:

1. Guitar (Electric Only)
2. Amplifier (15/30 Watt)
3. Plectrums
4. Guitar Cable
5. Guitar Strap
6. Effects Pedals
7. Music Stand
8. Note Pad and Pen

Repertoire

The Bath Guitar School Blues Band focuses on a number of blues styles including Chicago blues, Texas blues, and slow blues with encouragement to improvise blues solos. The current set list includes:

When

Rehearsals are held once a month, usually on Sundays*, at a professional rehearsal facility in Bath. Additional rehearsals will be arranged in preparation for local festivals and venue performances.

*Exact rehearsal dates can be arrange to fit band members commitments.

Where

The Bath Guitar School Blues Band rehearse at Stage2Studios in Bath. The studio is a professional rehearsal facility with fully acoustic treated rehearsal rooms and rehearsal equipement. [map]

After the rehearsal we will reconvene at a local pub, usually The Weston in Bath. [Map]

Cost

Each rehearsal session will last for approximately 3 hours (£20 per session.)
